Healthy Cooking for Healthy Living
Learn how diet and nutrition, exercise, cognitive activity, and social engagement can affect your risk of dementia and help you keep your brain and body healthy as you age. This healthy living class is paired with a live, heart-healthy cooking demonstration led by AgriLife.
